LEGAL
Terms of Collaboration
Last updated: 27 July 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking any transfer service with Gospartan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Collaboration, together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from making a booking.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('the Customer') and Gospartan ('the Company'), a private transfer operator registered and operating in the Hellenic Republic.
2. Services
Gospartan provides professional private transfer services, including but not limited to:
- Airport transfers to and from Kalamata International Airport (KLX) and other Greek airports
- Point-to-point transfers across Laconia, the Peloponnese, and nationwide
- Sightseeing tours and day-trip charters throughout the region
- Group transfers in our 9-seat VW Transporter T6 minivan
- Corporate and VIP transfers requiring discretion and punctuality
All services are subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking. Gospartan reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or superior class where required.
3. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Gospartan by email, accompanied by successful payment of the required deposit (see Section 4). Verbal or informal enquiries do not constitute a reservation.
It is the Customer's sole responsibility to verify all booking details — including pick-up address, date, time, number of passengers, and luggage requirements — before submitting the booking request. Any amendments to confirmed bookings must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable Greek VAT. Prices are fixed at the time of confirmation; no additional surcharges will be applied after confirmation unless the route or itinerary is materially altered by the Customer.
A 50 % deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit must be received before Gospartan issues written confirmation. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled transfer date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Waiting time beyond the agreed grace period (15 minutes at airports, 10 minutes at all other locations)
- Child or infant seats, if requested
- Special luggage handling (e.g. bicycles, oversized items, sporting equipment)
- Toll fees, ferry crossings, or parking charges incurred during the transfer
- Itinerary changes requested after the vehicle has departed
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash (where agreed in advance). Card payments may attract a processing fee of up to 2 %.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via info@gospartan.gr. Cancellations communicated by phone, social media, or any other channel will not be accepted. The cancellation date is the date the written notice is received by Gospartan.
High Season: 1 June – 30 September (inclusive). Off Season: 1 October – 31 May (inclusive).
- Cancellation 15 or more days before the transfer date (any season): the deposit is refundable less any documented third-party costs already incurred by Gospartan on your behalf (e.g. non-refundable reservation fees).
- High Season — cancellation within 15 days of the transfer date: 50 % of the total fare is NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of whether only a deposit was paid.
- Off Season — cancellation within 15 days of the transfer date: refund of the deposit at Gospartan’s reasonable discretion, taking into account costs already incurred.
- No-show (Customer does not appear at the agreed pick-up point within the grace period): 100 % of the total agreed fare is due and any deposit paid is forfeited.
- Cancellation by Gospartan due to force majeure (severe weather, natural disaster, civil unrest, or other events beyond the Company’s reasonable control): the full deposit will be returned to the Customer within 7 business days. No further compensation is owed.
If Gospartan must cancel a confirmed booking for any other reason within its control, the Customer will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, plus a complimentary upgrade on their next booking where feasible.
6. Passenger Conduct
All passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner throughout the journey. The following are prohibited:
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping devices) inside any Gospartan vehicle
- Consumption of alcohol or controlled substances in a manner that endangers safety or causes nuisance
- Verbal or physical abuse directed at the driver or any other occupant
- Tampering with or damaging any vehicle equipment, upholstery, or fixtures
- Permitting more passengers than the legally licensed capacity of the vehicle
- Transporting animals without prior written consent from Gospartan
The driver reserves the right to terminate a journey without refund if passenger conduct poses a risk to safety or violates these terms. Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be charged at full repair cost.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gospartan will take all reasonable measures to ensure punctual and safe transfers. However, the Company’s liability is limited to the value of the booking in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence.
Gospartan is not liable for:
- Delays caused by exceptional traffic conditions, road closures, or events beyond the driver’s reasonable control
- Missed flights, trains, ferries, or other onward connections resulting from circumstances outside the Company’s control
- Loss of, or damage to, passenger luggage unless caused directly by the Company’s gross negligence
- Itinerary changes necessitated by passenger requests after departure
- Indirect, consequential, or economic losses of any kind
Gospartan strongly recommends that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
