1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website (gospartan.gr) or placing a booking with Gospartan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

These Terms are governed by Greek law and the applicable regulations of the European Union. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sparta, Laconia, Greece.

2. Our Services

Gospartan provides premium private transfer services in and around Sparta, Laconia, Greece, including:

• Airport transfers to and from Kalamata International and Athens International Airport.
• On-demand city transfers within Sparta and the Laconia region.
• Corporate account services for businesses and organisations.
• Long-distance transfers to destinations across Greece.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service at our reasonable discretion.

3. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written or verbal confirmation from Gospartan. Submitting an enquiry via our website contact form does not constitute a confirmed booking. We will contact you to confirm availability, price, and details.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of booking (name, contact number, pick-up address, date, time, number of passengers) is accurate. Gospartan accepts no liability for failed or delayed service resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are provided in Euros (€) and are inclusive of Greek VAT where applicable. Prices are agreed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for:

• Waiting time beyond a reasonable grace period (15 minutes for standard bookings; 60 minutes for airport arrivals).
• Tolls, parking fees, or ferry crossings required to complete the journey.
• Journeys that substantially exceed the agreed route.
• Soiling or damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger.

Payment methods accepted include cash and bank transfer. Card payments may be available — please confirm at the time of booking. Full payment is due upon completion of the journey unless otherwise agreed in writing for corporate accounts.

5. Cancellation Policy

Gospartan reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, severe weather, vehicle breakdown). In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to:

• Be ready at the agreed pick-up location at the confirmed time.
• Wear a seatbelt at all times during the journey.
• Refrain from smoking, consuming alcohol, or using illegal substances in the vehicle.
• Treat the driver and vehicle with respect.
• Ensure that any luggage is declared at the time of booking if it may affect vehicle capacity.

The driver reserves the right to refuse carriage or terminate a journey where passenger behaviour poses a risk to safety or is deemed unacceptable.

7. Liability

Gospartan maintains valid third-party liability insurance as required by Greek law. Our liability for any claim arising from the provision of transport services is limited to the direct losses caused by our proven negligence.

We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, road conditions, adverse weather, or events outside our control.
• Missed flights, trains, or connections resulting from delays beyond our control.
• Loss or damage to passenger belongings unless caused by the proven negligence of our driver.
• Indirect, consequential, or economic losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Greek or EU consumer protection law.

8. Website Use

The content of this website is provided for general information purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of this website without our prior written consent. All intellectual property rights in the website, including the Gospartan name, logo, and design, are owned by or licensed to Gospartan.

We do not warrant that the website will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses. Use of the website is at your own risk.

9. Changes to These Terms
